Stains on Leather Upholstery

Oil, Butter, Cosmetics: Blot the surface with a cloth or absorbent paper. Clean the stain with a clean cloth dampened with a solution of water and mild soap.

Body Grease: Blot the surface with a cloth or absorbent paper. If the stain persists, clean it with a clean cloth dampened with a solution of water and mild soap. If necessary, gently rub with a soft eraser.

Ink: Use a soft eraser (such as a kneaded eraser), taking care not to rub too vigorously to avoid damaging the color.

Beer, Wine, Coffee, Milk: Blot the surface with a cloth or absorbent paper. Clean the stain with a damp cloth. If the stain persists, use a mild soapy solution.

Chewing Gum, Candle Wax: Cool the stain with ice wrapped in plastic wrap, then gently remove it. If residue remains, remove it with a soft eraser. Never use alcohol-based or chemical substances.
